Customers type the address in their own words - typos and missing Latvian letters included - and instantly see whether and on what terms it is delivered to.
No account needed: delivery or pickup, right away or booked for later. Pay by local bank transfer, card or on receipt.
Customers see whether the pizzeria is open and taking orders, and are told when only the last few minutes are left before ordering closes.
Three languages
Latvian, Russian and English, each with its own translated web addresses. The site remembers the language, and switching keeps the cart.
Interactive menu
A pizza in the right size with one tap, or customised to taste. Sold-out items show as unavailable, and filters help find a pizza faster.
Time-limited deals
Deals such as the office box can only be ordered during set hours - outside them the site says when the deal is next available.
Cart and one-screen checkout
The cart remembers its contents and shows how much is missing for the delivery minimum. No account needed, and the customer's details can be saved on their device.
Payment
Online through Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor or a card, or on receipt at the counter or to the courier.
Address and zone check
Accepts typos and missing Latvian letters. Uses Google suggestions, with our own list from the state address register as a fallback.
Delivery zone map
An interactive map of every delivery area with its minimum, fee and delivery hours.
Live opening status
Shows whether the restaurant is open and taking orders, and counts down the final minutes before ordering closes.
Order tracking
After ordering, the customer sees the status, expected time, items and totals on a page that updates by itself.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
Google Analytics tracks visits and sales, while Microsoft Clarity shows heatmaps and session recordings. Both load only after the visitor accepts cookies.
SEO and old URL redirects
Search metadata in all three languages, a sitemap and structured data. Every old URL redirects to its new page, so the restaurant keeps its search ranking.
Kitchen order board
Runs on a tablet and updates every 5 seconds. New orders flash and play a sound until someone taps them, and accepting with a time estimate takes one tap. Always in reach: "Stop online orders" and "Kitchen busy +20 min".
Kitchen alarm screen
A full-screen alert for new orders that rings, flashes and has one "Accept" button. It warns staff if the connection drops.
Phone and counter orders
Staff enter orders themselves, and the panel finds returning customers by phone number.
Courier app
Couriers take deliveries, call the customer, open the map and mark the order delivered with the cash collected.
Menu editor
Dishes in three languages with prices per size, extras, removable ingredients, availability hours and photos. Changes appear on the website right away.
History, analytics and customers
Order search and CSV export for accounting, revenue and top items by period, and a customer list with marketing consent status.
Settings and staff roles
Hours, preparation times, the delivery minimum, zones and VAT. Three roles - owner, kitchen and courier - and staff join by invite.
Security and duplicate-order protection
Security headers, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection and checks on payment redirects. Every checkout carries a unique key, so a double tap or a lost connection never creates two orders.
Automated testing
More than 135 end-to-end tests cover every customer and staff flow on phone and desktop, including server failures, timeouts and many orders at once.
